Features of main body:
● Adopting double crank to adjust mould ,heavy locking mould, stable
and fast ,Adopt infrared oven to heat the perform ,the perform
rotated and heated equally.
● The air system has been divided into two parts: pneumatic action
part and bottle blow part to meet the different requirements for
the action and blow .It can provide sufficient and steady high
pressure for blowing large irregular shaped bottles.
● The machine is also equipped with muffler and oiling system to
lubricate the mechanical part of the machine.
● The machine can be operated in the step-by-step mode and the
semi-auto mode.
● The machine is small with low investment, easy and safe to
operate .
Semi Automatic Bottle Blowing Machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles from
50-2000ml. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle,
mineral water, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth
bottle etc.

1.Can we make different design bottle in one machine?
Yes.It can. Just change the bottle mold. If the preform neck size
is different, the preform holders also need to be changed.
2.What are the full sets machines and related product to make
bottles?

3.Can you supply the on-site installation,commissioning,training
service for bottle blower?
Yes. We can. But this service cost will be extra cost based on
which location.

5.Would you supply the spare parts for bottle making machine?
That is for sure. We will supply some commonly used spare parts.
And be shipping with the machine together.
Service:
Provide whole drawing for the perform mould and bottle mould. Free charge for word design on the mould. We can help you install the machine; from setting machine,
testing, and to check the machine is on the good working condition.
There is a litter charge, only for flight charge and accommodation.
Warranty:
We response for one year warranty for the machine, however, it without any human conduct. And provide one-year free spare part for client. And send engineer to client’s company, help install the machine, teaching their staff operates the machine and also, we do have a private school which helps our client sending their staff to china, help them training.

All moulds are designed by CAD/CAM.

Delivery time: we have ready machines; regarding the moulds, we can

Payment: 30% T/T as advance payment and the balance should be paid before shipment after inspected by customer.
